CRM Application and Process Expert (MSD Technology)
Your role
As a CRM Application and Process Expert, your mission is to handle CRM related activities. You will report to IT Manager.
You will
- Support CRM Rollout: Collaborate with teams to implement MSD rollout globally, ensuring timely, quality deployment and user training.
- Daily Operations: Manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM, monitor performance, resolve issues, and handle inquiries.
- Process Optimization: Assess and improve CRM workflows, aligning functions with business needs.
- Backup: Act as CRM Specialist backup to maintain operations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain CRM documentation and provide regular performance reports.

You have 5 - 7 years of experience, working as a CRM Application and Process Expert;

Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related

Experience:Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and deployment

Familiar with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing

Involved in Agile projects, preferably Scrum (Azure Dev-Ops)

Hands-on with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)

Skills:Expert in CRM configuration and customization

Strong knowledge of customer relationship business processes

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Dataverse

Basic knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL

Experience with SOA, REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps

Familiar with documentation tools like Documents Core Pack

Preferred:Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Experience supporting global CRM implementations

Knowledge of integrating Dynamics with other platforms.
