Your role

Field Service Engineer
- Deliver feedback to customers in the event of defects through the production of Kyungwon Machinery Industry itself
- Service inspection can appeal strength when selling products due to increased reliability
- Suggest paid work through additional inspection after replacement of consumables
- Increase sales due to increased paid travel work by reducing unnecessary travel through wire diagnostics and actions
- Increase sales by making suggestions to customers and performing tasks through round-trip inspections
- Securing next year's sales by proposing items expected to replace consumables

To succeed, you will need

• Education level
  : 2 years of junior college graduation

• Relevant learning experience (minimum number of years lerning experience required to competently carry out this role, not total number of year working experience)
  : 2 years

• Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities)
  : One-person visit inspection and action are possible

• Other requirements
  : Qualified for overseas business trips, A driver's license, Basic theory of air compressor

Job location

Option 1: On-Site
This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Shiheung, Korea (the Republic of) (KR). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our (insert organization here) in Shiheung, Korea (the Republic of) (KR).
