Business Line Manager, Capital Equipment

Your role
As a Business Line Manager, your mission is to lead and drive the sales and marketing activities of our organization, ensuring that we meet our sales revenue and product management profit and loss targets.
You will be accountable for developing and executing strategies that enhance our market presence and drive profitability across various channels.
You will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for our business line.
You will:
- Own the business line P&L, including pricing, margin, pipeline and profitable growth delivery
- Translate strategy into clear commercial priorities and execution plans across markets and channels
- Lead and develop high-performing sales and support teams through coaching, feedback and performance management
- Drive sales effectiveness and customer value creation through strong market and channel understanding
- Use KPIs, forecasting and business insights to steer decisions, improve predictability and drive performance
- Build alignment across stakeholders to ensure execution, accountability and customer focus
- Adapt priorities and ways of working in response to changing market conditions and business needs
- Strengthen customer relationships and position the business for sustainable long-term growth
- Ensure disciplined execution, follow-up and ownership across commercial and people-related activities
- Contribute to a culture of resilience, collaboration, continuous learning and operational excellence

- Min 5-8 years of experience in marketing & sales within an industrial or technical environment
- Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing commercial performance and profitability
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop people and drive accountability through clear direction and coaching
- Experience translating strategy into operational and commercial actions with measurable business impact
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills using data, KPIs and forecasting to drive priorities
- Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across functions and levels
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance short-term execution and long-term business opportunities
- Agility and resilience in navigating changing priorities, market dynamics and business challenges
- University degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
