Your role

Your role - Feild Service Supervisor

• Domestic & Global supporting nationwide service operations with occasional coordination with regional suppliers or partners.
• Requires strong communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with internal teams (warehouse, service engineers, and sales) and external suppliers.
• The efficiency of work and quality of customer management depend on team workload, inventory availability, and the level of collaboration with external service partners.
• Oversees daily service requests, prioritizes urgent cases, coordinates field service activities, conducts team briefings, reviews performance metrics, and handles weekly reporting and process improvement planning.
• Ensures service quality, response times, customer satisfaction scores, and team performance metrics meet targets.

To succeed, you will need

• Experience:
  - At least Ten(10) years of working experience in Relevant sales and/or marketing experience in either Service or prime equipment
  - Experience with project management
  - Experience working in a multicultural environment is considered a plus

• Knowledge/Skills:
  - A good command of English is required
  - A strong and active communicator who can work with many different profiles of people across all levels in the organization
  - Eletrician Craftsman(National technical qualification)
  - National Technical Qualification: Forklift Operation

You will join Kyungwon Machinery as a valued team member. You will be part of a dynamic field service team, working remotely and regularly traveling to connect with customers in your designated region.
