Specialist, SHE

Your role

As a Specialist, 

You will

• Operation, maintenance, and improvement of SHE management systems such as ISO14001 / ISO45001

• Monitoring and implementing compliance and internal company SHE policies

• Investigation and management of accidents, injuries, and accident risks and corrective actions

• Support for sustainability-related projects such as waste, energy, water use, and CO2 emissions.

• Conduct on-site inspections, risk assessments and provide improvement recommendations.

• Development of employee training materials and implementation of training

• Preparation and response to SHE-related certification/audit

To succeed, you will need

• Education level

      - Bachelor's degree or higher in a mechanical/Safety/Environment-related field

      - Relevant learning experience

      - At least 3 years of maintenance and SHE experience in a related field

• Knowledge areas/Skills 

      - Experience in risk assessment and accident investigation in field environments

      - Understanding related laws and certification standards

      - Ability to produce educational materials and conduct training

• Other requirements

      - Communication and collaboration skills

      - Korean and English communication skills

Job location

Option 1: On-Site
This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Shiheung, Korea (the Republic of) (KR). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.

Option 2: Hybrid
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our (insert organization here) in Shiheung, Korea (the Republic of) (KR).

Option 3: Remote
