Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you passionate about connecting people with opportunities, creating a great candidate experience, and helping hiring managers make confident recruitment decisions? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Atlas Copco Industrial Technique in Sickla. In this role, you will drive end-to-end recruitment processes and help us attract, assess, and hire talent for key functions such as operations, marketing, and sales - teams that play an important role in supporting our business, customers, and continued growth within industrial technology.

 

Your role

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will join the local People & Culture team within Atlas Copco’s business area Industrial Technique. Your main responsibility is managing end-to-end recruitment processes across diverse functions including operations, marketing, and sales. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract and recruit specialists and managers in a dynamic, global environment.

 

Together with your TA colleagues, you will contribute strengthen our recruitment processes and ways of working, with a focus on quality, efficiency, candidate experience, data-informed decisions, and the use of modern tools. Our current tools stack includes SuccessFactors, SHL, Refapp, Copilot, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

 

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes in close partnership with hiring managers, from role briefing and sourcing strategy to interviews, offer, and onboarding handover.
  • Create a structured, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Identify and engage relevant candidates through proactive sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and other relevant channels.
  • Support hiring managers with recruitment best practices, structured interviews, assessment methods, and inclusive hiring decisions.
  • Drive employer branding, recruitment insights, and continuous improvements that increase quality and efficiency for candidates, managers, and the business.

 

You will report to the People & Culture Manager for Atlas Copco Industrial Technique Sweden.

 

To succeed, you will need

To succeed in this role, you have experience in talent acquisition and enjoy working closely with the business. You build trusted relationships with stakeholders, manage several processes in parallel, and turn recruitment needs into structured, high-quality hiring processes.

 

  • Experience driving full-cycle recruitment processes, preferably in a complex or international organization.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers on role requirements, sourcing strategies, assessment, and candidate selection.
  • Experience from sourcing, employer branding, recruitment marketing, or similar talent attraction activities.
  • Curiosity for how tools, data, and AI can improve recruitment quality, sourcing, efficiency, and candidate experience.
  • A degree in HR, or equivalent experience, and professional proficiency in English.

Job location

Sickla, Sweden. We operate a hybrid work model that primarily involves working from the office, with the flexibility to work remotely when needed.
