Machining Cluster Leader

Your role

Mission/Purpose of the Job

The business objective delivers to improve the Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost of our operations. Increasing factory capacity and flexibility
through the introduction of new capital equipment, reduction in process cycle times and removal of non-value added processes. 

It develops the efficient machining process, validation and improvement at Machining shop.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for manufacturing engineering activities associated with plans and aligns; Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organization goals.

• Identify and implement measures to improve production method, equipment performance, and quality of product. Ensuring that the necessary process controls are defined
   to ensure repeatability and acceptable quality levels.

• Manage engineering changes as they occur: customer issue, 4M change etc.
  - Analyze and resolve work related issues/problems/complaints, and/or assist production snr engineers in solving work related issues/problems/complaints

• Interact with, and facilitate communication with Machining facilities, suppliers, and customers on a global basis, to coordinate manufacturing engineering activities
   and ensure business objectives are met through strict adherenece to product specifications, open communication, and timely follow-up

• Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods for maximum efficiency through estimate resource requirements, workload, assignment, production times
   and schedule for manufacturing processes.

• To support manger is that develop and execute strategies for safety quality, delivery and cost initiatives for a high commitment and performance culture
  by actively communicating the company’s vision, mission and values.

• To support manager is that review quotations and provide technical evaluation for machine and tooling procurement sourcing to support programs and activities assigned.
• Supporting manager is that establish, improve, sustain and report KPI performance; leverage data to prioritize actions and drive continous improvement and to reduce overal cost through standard procedures to improve manufacture and upgrading processes.

• Bachelor's Degree (B. S.) in mechanical and automobile, business or another related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience and some management experience; or equivalent training and experience. Continuous studying and training in the job is required.
• English skills: Ability to read, analyse, and interpret common engineering and technical journals
• Technique for Quality and continuously improvement
  • Lean / Standard Work / JIT
  • PPAP / Sample Approval Procedure
  • 6 Sigma / QC 7 tools / 8D report / A3 thinking
• Management leadership & Communicate effetively
• Knowledge assembly technologies
• Knowledge lean manufacturing (Process flow diagram, Value Stream Mapping)
• Knowledge machining technologies for operation are Turn-Mill, Grinding, Balancing)
• Ideally Fanuc: Over 5years (CNC process)
• Ideally MoriSeiki 5axis, Makino, Grinding, Balancing
• Manage ERP for new & existing products
