Regional Sales Application Engineer

Your Role:

• Povide application support to the sales team and distribution in SEA.
• Responsible for sales growth of the distribution channels.
• Plan and achieve monthly sales targets and overall sales objectives of the distribution channels. (Focus in countries of Vietnam, Indonesia and Philippines)
• Expand customer base by identifying and acquiring new clients in addition to managing existing distribution accounts.
• Present and promote products with comprehensive product knowledge to partners and end-users (preference in healium leak detection and turbopumps)
• Engage with clients through meetings to drive sales and provide technical support when needed, includinig retrofitting of obsolence models with new
• Collaborate with management to analyze business performance, identify growth areas, and execute action plan

To Success, you will need:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in vacuum industries (preference for high vacuum experience and PLC interface).
• Willingness to travel within the Asean region at least once every month.
• Confident in conducting technical training sessions and presentations for partners and customers.
• Solution-oriented mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and effective time management abilities
• Strong sales attitude with a willingness to support the sales team
