SHE Specialist
To ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) standards and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices across all customer sites, in compliance with local regulations and Group standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, compliance audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and non-compliance.
- Identify workplace hazards and implement appropriate control measures
- Support the development and implementation of Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) and the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system.
- Maintain the SHE Management System in accordance with ISO standards and relevant legal requirements.
- Collect and analyze SHE performance data, conditions, and practices for reporting.
- Coordinate the procurement and distribution of necessary safety equipment and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Lead and conduct safety induction programs, orientations, and safety briefings (including toolbox meetings) for new and existing employees.
- Coordinate SHE committee meetings and support committee-organized SHE inspections.
- Support SHE incident and accident investigations, following investiation protocols to collect data and report findings.

- 2 - 3 years of experience in WSH roles
- WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health
- Diploma in Engineering preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering sectors will be an added advantage
- Experience in ISO14001 and 45001 standards
- Able to work independently and collaoratively across teams
