What You'll Be Doing:

  • Visiting customer sites to carry out preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of equipment – including air compressors, dryers, gas generators, and chillers.

  • Troubleshooting and identifying faults using our advanced tools and diagnostics software.

  • Installing and commissioning new equipment with precision and care.

  • Building trusted relationships with our customers, becoming their go-to expert.

  • Using our digital systems to log your work and maintain accurate service records.

  • Continuously learning – from VSDs to industrial networks, air audits to refrigeration systems.

  • Playing your part in maintaining high health and safety standards on all sites.

  • Taking part in a shared on-call rota and being flexible to meet customer needs.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Mechanical or electrical maintenance experience – ideally in a field-based or service environment.

  • A recognised qualification in mechanical/electrical engineering or solid hands-on experience.

  • A valid UK driving licence (or willingness to obtain one within 12 months if international).

  • Confidence using a laptop/tablet and willingness to learn our service software.

  • A flexible attitude, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine focus on customer care.

  • A desire to work independently while being part of a connected and supportive team.
