What will be your responsibilities:

  • Service & support for already installed image processing systems at customer sites in the metal, glass, plastic, or paper industry

  • Providing comprehensive and continuous technical support to our customers

  • Temporarily taking over a customer hotline outside office hours

  • Implementing customer solutions on-site or via remote maintenance

  • Conducting training sessions

  • Performing maintenance, system checks, and even “high-end system tuning

 

What we expect from you:

  • You have completed technical training or a degree in automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification

  • You are willing to travel internationally

  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • You have an excellent English and German skills - any additional language is an advantage and very welcomed 

  • You combine flexibility and resilience with an independent work style and strong team spirit
