Project Coordinator

Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves keeping projects running smoothly? At Atlas Copco we’re looking for a Project Coordinator who can turn plans into action, support our teams, and delight our customers. If you enjoy variety, responsibility, and working with people across different teams, this role is made for you. 

Your role

  • Coordinate projects from start to finish and keep everything on track

  • Work closely with Sales to shape customer solutions and prepare pre-calculations

  • Communicate with internal teams and external suppliers

  • Lead project documentation and keep customers informed and satisfied

  • Make sure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards

To succeed, you will need

  • Engineering background and 2+ years in project management or manufacturing

  • Fluent Slovak & English language (Hungarian is a plus)

  • Strong organizational skills, technical thinking, and a proactive attitude

  • A team-player mindset with good communication skills

  • Willingness to travel within the region and a valid driving license
