Business Development Manager

What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our business in Bulgaria
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors, understand their needs and promote tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth
- Lead and coordinate resources in a matrix organization to maximize performance
- Present technical products and solutions with clarity and confidence
- Plan and prioritize your work independently while collaborating with your team
Who we’re looking for:
- Sales or marketing experience, preferably in technical or industrial products
- Independent, proactive, and success-driven personality
- Highly professional attitude
- Understanding account management and market development
- Ability to understand and sell electronics, mechatronics, automation and computer-based solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Native speaker in Bulgarian and fluent in English
- Willingness to travel
- Being able to work effectively home-based
- Education: Min. secondary school + graduation; technical background preferred
