Marketing and Communications Specialist-Industrial Flow South America
Your role
- Understand the local market, business objectives, and customer needs while supporting sales teams in business growth initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and compliance with Atlas Copco brand and communication guidelines.
- Develop, adapt, and optimize engaging content for local audiences, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and SEO effectiveness.
- Support product launches and execute marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Support localization efforts and create compelling communications that strengthen brand reputation and stakeholder engagement.
To succeed, you will need
- You have experience working as a Communications Coordinator or Manager.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken (required).

Spanish proficiency is preferred.
- You have experience making self-directed decisions with accountability and ownership.
- Experience supporting an industrial equipment company or a similar industry is preferred.

Job location
This position is based in Sorocaba, Brazil, with the flexibility of a hybrid working model. Employees can balance time between remote work and onsite presence at our local Customer Center, fostering collaboration while accommodating personal productivity preferences.
