Your Role
Mission
Support the company’s motto "Experience. Customer. Service" by focusing on and continuously promoting and developing a Customer-Value and a Customer-Care driven culture within the organization. Maximize customer’s satisfaction by providing professional services and consultancy while promoting service products to support Nano Purification Solutions mission & growth plan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, commission, and test compressed air dryers, gas generators, filters, condensate management systems, and related equipment.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on installed systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and system issues using diagnostic tools and technical documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on system operation and maintenanc
• Document service calls, maintenance reports, and parts usage accurately
• Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and technical alignment. Provide quotations to customers for aftermarket sales service support.
• Due to the nature of the role and Nano is committed to providing on-site support 24/7 there will be a requirement to perform standby duty to meet customer contractual commitments and/or as part of an emergency coverage plan.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments from time to time in accordance with Department Manager’s instructions.
To succeed, you will need
Required Qualifications:
• Diploma / Degree in Engineering
• Class 3 driving license required
• Able to communicate in English well
• Willing to travel oversea
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
• Team player with good discipline and willing to learn
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Proficient with tools and safety procedures in industrial environments.
• Basic knowledge/skills in mechanical or electrical is preferred but not a must
• Experience working with compressed air systems, dryers, or industrial filtration equipment.
• Familiarity with PLC-based control systems and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
