Product Sales Manager (Hygienic Pumps) - Kinder-Janes Engineers
Your role
As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.
You will
- Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
- Deliver sales pressentations and conduct product demonstrations.
- Develop medium to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers.
- Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.
- Provide budget/forecast data to managment as required

- Pump sales experience and good networks within the Hygienic industry (Food & Beverage and Pharmaceutical) would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with pump technology and the requirements in this industry desirable, however we will provide full training.
- Passion for the sales process and a desire to develop partnerships with our Customers and Principals.
- An engineering / technical background or qualification. If you have a good sales background, positive attitude and aptitude to learn, we can teach you the rest!
- A full UK driving licence, regular travel to UK customers is required.
- Good IT skills and competence in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, CRM tools etc.

Job location
This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the region of St Albans, while being associated with our customer center in United Kingdom (GB).
