As Service Manager, you will lead and motivate a fantastic team of our field-based service technicians located across the southeastern part of Sweden. Your mission is to support the team in achieving ambitious goals in customer service, productivity, availability, profitability, and safety. You will play a key role in fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment where every team member can thrive and contribute to collective success
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and support your technicians in their daily work while cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Safety: Proactively maintain high safety standards and promote a secure workplace.
- Skills & Resources: Identify development opportunities and ensure the team has the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Efficiency & Capacity: Optimize workflows to maximize productivity and deliver value to our customers.
- Communication: Maintain open dialogue with management and contribute insights to improve operations.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships and work closely with the sales organization to achieve shared goals.
- Customer Focus: Understand and prioritize customer needs, ensuring the team delivers high-quality service that exceeds expectations.
To succeed, you will need
We are looking for someone with a technical interest and previous experience leading teams, preferably in a field service environment. You are a natural leader who builds trust and engagement, with a structured approach and strong problem-solving skills. Fluency in Swedish and good English skills are required, as well as a valid driver’s license (B).

Job location
This position is based in Central Sweden. You can work from Nyköping, Norrköping, Linköping, Jönköping or nearby areas – or from our headquarters in Sickla, Stockholm. Close collaboration with your team and management is essential.
