Atlas Copco Industrial Technique AB is seeking an experienced and driven Business Controller to join our organization. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and internationally oriented business unit, supporting our ongoing transformation and commitment to operational excellence.
Mission:
- Participate proactively in monthly financial reporting and analysis.
- Conduct performance and ad-hoc analyses within operations, with a focus on developing digital finance solutions.
- Lead digitalization initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and transparency.
- Provide business control and digitalization support to various departments within the product company.
- Establish and maintain an international network with colleagues across product companies.
To succeed, you will need
- University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong accounting skills: familiarity with IFRS is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and demonstrated experience with Business Intelligence systems, particularly PowerBI.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Several years of relevant experience in controlling and accounting, including ERP systems.

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site in Stockholm, Sweden (SE).
