Business Line Manager Motor Vehicle Industry - Customer Center Nordic

We are now seeking a high potential person with a can-do attitude to take on the role of Business Line Manager - Motor Vehicle Industry (MVI) for our Nordic customer center.

Your mission will be to deliver sustainable, profitable growth in the automotive segment through unrivalled customer value as well as customer- and employee satisfaction. You are a customer focused leader with a proven track record in value-based sales in B2B. As Business Line Manager, you have full P&L responsibility for the business. 

Your team of 20 people include sales, business development, project management and design. Together you will create and execute a business plan in line with the divisional strategy to deliver sustainable profitable growth. You will take the business to the next level by transforming our customers through our extensive portfolio of solutions for tightening applications, data collection and analytics, quality assurance and error-proofing. 

The position will come with high exposure and a great potential to pursue high career ambitions over time. You will be part of the Nordic management team and report to the General Manager of the Customer Center.    

Main tasks include

• Creation and execution of a business plan delivering sustainable profitable growth for your industry
• Leading a senior high performing team, including Key Account, Business Development Managers and a Project Office, towards success 
• Global Key Account Management for selected accounts
• Cross functional collaboration together with General Industry, Service, IAS and other functions such as the product companies and application centers
• Full profit and loss responsibility for your defined industry
• A value adding management team member for the customer center

• You have the ability to combine technical knowledge with commercial thinking. 
• Have proven leadership skills and a good track record of value based sales in B2B.
• To have the ability to quickly learn new things and understand technical contexts. 
• Good at strategic level as well as hands-on
• Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering, business or simila
• Fluent in English. Other languages, specifically Swedish are a merit.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our HQ, situated in Sickla/Nacka, 8 minutes from Central Stockholm. The position can also reside from our Gothenburg office if preferred. The position requires traveling within the Nordic region but mainly focused on Sweden.
