We are looking for a CRM Lead & Business Development Representative to Atlas Copco Industrial Technique!

 

Your Mission:  As our CRM Lead, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our teams fully embrace Salesforce CRM. You'll work closely with sales, service, marketing, and project teams to keep our data accurate and up-to-date. You'll also drive change management and track adoption through key performance indicators (KPIs).

 

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll drive business in strategic accounts, such as those in the green transition industry. You will identify new prospects and re-engage dormant accounts through outreach. You'll support our sales team by preparing materials for meetings and organizing invitations. Using business intelligence data, you'll help us spot market opportunities and areas for growth. Plus, you'll qualify leads from our website, digital marketing, and other sources.

 

The role split will vary over time, but the estimate is around 60% CRM lead and 40% BDR.

· A quick learner with excellent communication skills.

· Results-driven, collaborative, and a supportive team player.

· Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.

· High energy with the ability to balance short-term tasks and long-term goals.

· Data-driven with the ability to track KPIs and provide valuable business insights.

· Experience with CRM systems and technical skills in SAP and data management is a strong merit. Sales experience is a plus.
