Key Responsibilities:

Calculate Estimated Cost:
- Perform accurate should cost calculations to support our projects.
- Dive deep into spend data and initiate cost-saving calculations.
- Provide compelling, fact-based arguments during negotiations.
- Offer insightful recommendations and propose alternative designs to optimize costs.
- Develop and maintain master data for should cost modeling.
- Convert financial data into actionable cost calculations.
- Manage both direct and indirect material costs.

Lead Cost Workshops:
- Apply your expertise in value engineering and value analysis workshop methodologies.
- Lead, run, and actively participate in value engineering workshops to drive innovation and efficiency.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education: Academic engineering degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.).
- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in cost management and value engineering.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Mastery in should cost calculations.
- Skilled in VA/VE and TCO value engineering workshops.
- Strong understanding of products, manufacturing processes, investments, and services.
- Ability to read and interpret financial data.
