Your role

As Finance Manager at Atlas Copco Industrial Technique AB, you will be responsible for the finance function of one of our product companies, leading a skilled team of six across accounting and business controlling, including three direct reports. You will play a key role in safeguarding financial integrity, enabling business leaders to make informed decisions, driving performance, and supporting sustainable long-term growth. Your leadership will develop both people and processes, ensuring the finance function delivers strategically across our operations, which include three production sites—Assembly and Machine Shop.

The role is both strategic and hands-on, combining financial control with forward-looking business support. You will work closely with senior management as a trusted partner, ensuring high-quality reporting, strong governance, and insightful analysis that supports decision-making and performance.

You will lead budgeting, long-term planning, and roll forecasts, while ensure accurate reporting of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Through analysis of deviations and financial drivers, you will translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. The role also includes strengthening cost discipline, optimizing working capital, and ensuring compliance and robust internal controls. As part of the leadership team, reporting to the VP Global Operations / Product Company NTTH, you will support strategic initiatives and investment decisions, while develop your team and collaborate cross functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, and global finance teams to drive alignment and operational excellence.

To succeed, you will need

We are looking for a business-oriented finance leader with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to operate in an international environment. You have approximately 5–10 years of experience in finance roles and a solid background in business control, financial reporting, and performance management. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and are comfortable navigating both operational details and broader business priorities. 

You are an inclusive leader who creates engagement and clarity around direction and priorities. By communicating a clear vision and translating strategy into actionable plans, you enable your team and stakeholders to deliver results. You enjoy developing people and fostering a collaborative environment. With a curious and improvement-oriented mindset, you actively seek to understand the business and explore new ways of working. You build strong relationships across functions and work closely with stakeholders to drive initiatives forward. You take ownership, ensure execution, and hold yourself and others accountable for delivering results. 

Experience from industrial companies, production environments, or international settings is considered a strong advantage. You are fluent in English, and proficiency in additional Nordic languages is also an advantage.

Job location

The position is based in Sickla/Nacka, Stockholm, with some travel required.
