Front-End Developer & Scrum Master

Join our international software development team and shape the shared building blocks behind Atlas Copco’s customer-facing digital solutions.

We are looking for a Front-End Developer & Scrum Master who enjoys combining hands-on coding with agile leadership. In this role, you work closely with other developers in multiple countries to build, improve and maintain common software components used in our customer applications worldwide.

Your role

• Develop and maintain modern front-end solutions using React and Bulma
• Collaborate with Back-End Developers working in .NET, Kubernetes, and Docker environments
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and support the team as a Scrum Master, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Apply and promote micro front-end architectures for scalable, maintainable front-end solutions
• Contribute to a strong DevOps culture through automation, testing, and continuous delivery practices

What you bring

• Solid experience in front-end development (React or similar frameworks)
• A good understanding of agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban) and experience as a Scrum Master or team facilitator
• Communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a distributed, multicultural environment
• Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset – you like to simplify, improve, and make things work better
• Experience with .NET, Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus
• Fluency in English
