We are now looking for a Global Marketing Manager – Legacy Portfolio to take global ownership of this strategically important business and play a central role in shaping its future. The role
As Global Marketing Manager, you drive profitable growth while modernising how the portfolio is positioned, sold, and managed globally. You lead the global product marketing organisation for pneumatic tools, accessories, and sockets, ensuring strong performance today while setting a clear direction for the future.
In close collaboration with commercial and operational teams, you shape scalable, increasingly digital go to market models and create clarity, focus, and efficiency across the portfolio.
In the role, you:
- Lead and develop a global team across product marketing, product management, product support, and business development
- Own the portfolio end to end, including lifecycle management, portfolio optimisation, and go to market strategy
- Lead the transition towards more digital, data driven, and transactional sales models
- Ensure strong and consistent product positioning, value communication, training, and marketing execution globally
- Lead through clarity, trust, and empowerment, creating an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued
You report to the Vice President Marketing, General Industry Division.
To succeed, you will likely bring
- Experience from global marketing, product management, or commercial roles, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, technical, or B2B environment
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead global teams through change
- Solid understanding of go to market strategies, portfolio management, and commercial models
- A structured and pragmatic mindset, with the ability to turn strategy into execution
- Strong communication skills and confidence working across functions, regions, and levels

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our office in Sickla (Stockholm, Sweden).
