Global Marketing and Communications Manager, Service Division
Your role
As Global Marketing & Communications Manager - Service Division, your mission is to strengthen the identity of the Service Division (SCE and SAS) globally and grow its awareness both internally and externally. You will lead all aspects of the global marketing and communications team, taking ownership of strategy execution, content planning, and campaign delivery. This includes managing internal and external communication channels, overseeing brand consistency, and producing high-impact, service-branded content that supports business development and customer engagement.
This role reports to the VP Marketing SCE, and leads a team of two Marketing Specialists. You will collaborate closely with Customer Centers, Product Divisions, and cross-functional teams to support business development in automation and maintenance segments.

Ownership includes the following areas:
- MarCom strategy and planning
- Internal communication strategy and planning
- External channel management (website, social media)
- Internal channel management (SharePoint page, The Hub, NewsLink)
- Content planning
- Product launch communication plan and production
- Representative for AIS in ACTA Digital Marketing SteerCo and Corporate Communication Council
- Media relations for AIS (external magazines, press release, media support)
- Trademark and branding
To succeed, you will need
- Solid experience with Marketing and Communications
- Excellent English
- Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or similar field
- Proven leadership experience
- Experience with digital marketing, media relations, branding, and event coordination
- Understanding in business development and customer value communication
- Expertise in project management and cross-functional collaboration
