HR Business Partner – Customer Center Nordic

Your role
In this role, you will drive the People agenda across the Nordic Customer Center, working both strategically and hands-on. You will coach leaders, strengthen collaboration across Nordic countries, and translate our values into everyday actions.
You will report to the General Manager for Customer Center Nordic and be part of the Nordic management team. You collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Specialists within the Industrial Technique Business Area People & Culture Team.
Main tasks include:
- Develop and implement the People Strategy for Customer Center Nordic, with focus on communication, collaboration, inclusion and employee experience.
- Coach and advise managers on leadership, team performance and organizational development.
- Lead ambassador teams within Inclusion & Diversity, Wellbeing and Sustainability – aligning annual plans and ensuring impact.
- Drive Employee Engagement and Health & Wellbeing initiatives, including insights analysis, action planning, and follow‑up together with Industrial Technique People & Culture Team.
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment and talent acquisition together with dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Contribute to strengthening our employer brand from a customer center perspective.
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment and support rehabilitation processes.
- Coordination and collaboration with the Nordic HR representatives.
- Provide guidance on Swedish labor law and lead union negotiations when needed.
- Ensure compliance with Atlas Copco’s values, processes, and policies.
- Be an active and engaged member of the Nordic management team, contributing with a people‑centric and change‑oriented perspective.
The position requires occasional traveling within the Nordic region.
To succeed, you will need

Broad HR expertise across the employee lifecycle, ideally gained in international and/or matrix organizations.

Confidence in combining strategic priorities with hands-on operational execution.

Strength in building trust, coaching leaders, and facilitating collaboration across teams and countries.

A structured, curious, and solutions‑oriented way of working, with a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Experience or strong interest in SHEQ-related topics is an advantage.

A genuine commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace.

University degree within HR or equivalent field.

Fluency in English; additional Nordic languages are an advantage.

Job location
Sickla/Nacka, Stockholm. The position can also be based at our office in Gothenburg if preferred.
