  • Lead local People & Culture initiatives

  • Manage trade union relations and lead MBL negotiations
  • Engage actively in Group and regional HR networks

To succeed, you will need

  • University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience as an HR Business Partner, demonstrating capability in independent union negotiations and labor relations.
  • Solid knowledge of Swedish labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Capacity to build and sustain collaborative, trust-based relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
  • A collaborative mindset and a team-oriented approach, thriving in dynamic, cross-functional work settings.

In return, we offer

  • A work culture grounded in trust, responsibility, and accountability, empowering you to take initiative and impact the organization positively.
  • Committed support for lifelong learning through continuous development programs and career growth opportunities within a leading global company.
  • The chance to work on innovative HR projects that leverage people as the cornerstone of progress, contributing to a culture that embraces change and diversity.
  • Comprehensive and competitive compensation packages, including salary, benefits, and wellness programs designed to support your health and well-being.
  • Access to a supportive, inclusive workplace that prioritizes employee well-being and fosters a healthy work-life balance through flexible working arrangements.
