HR Business Partner

We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team and help drive sustainable growth by enabling our people and organization to reach their full potential in an innovative, inclusive, and customer-focused culture.
The Role
As HR Business Partner for Operations, you will partner with managers to provide HR guidance and support in both day-to-day matters and strategic initiatives that drive business results. You will play a key role in implementing our People & Culture strategy for 2025–2027, fostering engagement, advocating diversity & inclusion, and supporting leadership development.
In addition to partnering with leaders, you will take a lead in driving initiatives within Employee Engagement, Health & Wellbeing, helping to create a safe, healthy, and inspiring workplace aligned with both business needs and employee expectations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Driving talent development, identifying skill gaps, and initiating leadership programs.
- Leading initiatives within Employee Engagement and Health & Wellbeing, analyzing gaps and connecting strategies to relevant target groups.
- Supporting managers in performance and talent management, ensuring meaningful development opportunities.
- Promoting diversity and inclusion, contributing to a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
You’ll report to the People & Culture Manager for Industrial Technique Business Area in Sweden and collaborate closely with a team of HR Business Partners and Specialists.
To succeed you’ll need
- Solid experience as an HRBP or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive change initiatives.
- Understanding of HR processes and People strategies, including performance management, engagement and work environment.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Academic degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Fluency in English as a working language.
Experience in work environment topics and employee engagement initiatives and/or working in a large, complex, matrix organization is considered an advantage.
You are curious, collaborative, proactive, and business-oriented, with the ability to move seamlessly between operational tasks and strategic work. You communicate clearly, enjoy coaching leaders, and actively explore ways to improve HR practices and employee experience – leveraging research, data insights, and emerging technologies such as AI.
Location
Our office is in Nacka, Sweden. We believe in meeting our colleagues at the office most days, but we also offer a hybrid setup to support work-life balance. Occasional travel may be part of the role.
