Your role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next Inside Sales Engineer. You will be part of our Nordics Regional Sales team, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

In this role, your mission is to develop sales across the region by providing responsive technical and commercial support to customers, channel partners and the wider sales team. You will contribute directly to strengthening our market presence and growing sales of vacuum pumps, components and service solutions.

Your day-to-day

Work closely with regional sales and sales operations colleagues to achieve growth targets across the relevant territories and business lines.
Provide first-line technical and pre-sales support to customers and channel partners, including technical clarification and commercial assistance.
Create, qualify and nurture leads, prepare quotations and tender responses, and follow up on opportunities to generate orders.
Identify new business opportunities, potential customers and service agreement prospects, while helping to reconnect with previous customers.
Manage sales activities and customer information in Cloud for Customer, including leads, opportunities, follow-ups and customer data maintenance.
Collaborate with field service, technical support, sales and marketing teams to deliver an excellent customer experience and support campaigns, exhibitions and customer visits.

Your skills and experience

A strong commercial mindset, with an interest in understanding customers, markets and competitors.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, networking and negotiation skills.
A proactive, collaborative and customer-focused approach, with the ability to work both independently and within a matrix organisation.
Experience using SAP, a CRM platform or a similar business system would be an advantage.
Fluency in English and in Swedish or Danish is essential.

A good understanding of technical products and solutions, ideally gained within the vacuum industry or a similar technical environment.A degree in engineering, business, science or a related discipline is preferred, although equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
