Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving operational excellence? 

We are looking for an Operations Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead Operations Development in the Motor Vehicle Industry (MVI) and General Industry (GI) division, being part of the Product Company and collaborate with Global Projects to shape the future of our operations. With your deep knowledge in manufacturing and production technology you will have the opportunity to have significant impact on our global operations and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Global Strategy Implementation: Lead the charge in implementing the Global Operation manufacturing strategy for the Product company
•    Strategic Initiative Leadership: Chair the "Smart Efficient Manufacturing" strategic initiative, overseeing operations in Sweden, Hungary, and the UK. 
•    Long-term Strategy Development: Craft and execute a long-term operation footprint strategy for the MVI and GI division in collaboration with Atlas Copco Industrial Technique.
•    Scalability Assurance: Ensure the scalability, operational excellence and efficiency of our operation footprint.
•    Acquisition Support: Play a pivotal role in operation strategy and implementation for acquisitions within MVI/GI/Service.
•    Local Manufacturing Leadership: Champion the local manufacturing strategy for our regional Product Company (Sweden, England and Hungary) and safeguard our competitive edge.

In this position, you will report directly to our VP Operations and be a part of the management team for Operations (PC NTTH) at Atlas Copco Industrial Technique.

Skills and Experience:
•    Expertise in complex product assembly, state-of-the-art machine shop, Lean, Digitalization, and Automation.
•    Extensive experience in an operational role or similar
•    Proven ability to build solid business cases.
•    Strong knowledge in data analytics.
•    Excellent cooperation and communication skills with colleagues at all levels.
•    Strong cross-cultural awareness.
•    High level of self-motivation with the ability to prioritize effectively.
•    Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
•    Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and self-driven.
•    Eager to learn and continuously improve.
•    Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
•    Proficient in English.
•    University Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
