Part Time - Student Worker - Learning & Development
We are looking for a part-time student worker to join our Learning & Development team!
Are you a curious and structured student who wants hands-on experience in a global company? This part-time role is a great opportunity to learn more about Learning & Development while supporting our team with administration, Learning Management System (LMS) tasks and digital learning materials. If you enjoy combining structure with creativity and are interested in graphic design, UX, communication or digital learning, this could be a great opportunity for you.
What you’ll do:
• Support administration and updates in our Learning Management System (LMS)
• Review, adapt and improve learning materials such as videos, presentations, e-learning modules and text resources, including translations using AI tools
• Structure and update materials so they are easy to use, visually clear and relevant for our direct and indirect sales channels
• Contribute with a student perspective on communication, user experience and design in digital learning content
• Collaborate with sales and marketing subject matter experts to help ensure materials are accurate and useful
• Connect with global stakeholders to gather input and follow up on updated materials

Location: The role is mainly office-based at our HQ in Sickla, Stockholm. We are looking for someone who can and wants to spend the majority of their working time on site, with some flexibility when needed.
Duration: This is a part-time, temporary position starting in October 2026 and ending in June 2027. The position is approximately 10 hours per week, planned in agreement with you and with consideration for your studies.
Other: Compensation will be commensurate with educational level.
