Project Manager/Team Manager Customer Center

Your role

We are seeking a Project Manager/Team Manager to the Project Office Nacka Hub at our Nordic Customer Center. In this role, you combine leadership with hands-on work, contributing to solutions that support industry customers in their transition towards smarter and more connected production.

In the Team Manager role, you lead a team of Project Managers and Design Engineers with a clear and shared purpose: to deliver high-quality customer projects that create real value. The team is responsible for driving projects from order to delivery, always with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency. Your role is to ensure the team has the right conditions to succeed—through clear priorities, effective collaboration, and well-functioning ways of working. You support the team in their daily work, contribute to project execution when needed, and work closely with Sales and other stakeholders to meet customer needs. Another key aspect of your role is to support sales efforts during the quotation process, fostering a seamless transition from sales to project execution.

You also take an active role as Project Manager, leading selected customer projects. This gives you a close connection to both customers and day-to-day operations, while strengthening your ability to support, guide, and develop the team.

You report to the Project Office Manager in the Nordics and are part of the Project Office Management Team with colleagues in Örebro and Gothenburg.

To succeed, you will need

•    Experience in project management within customer-driven environments
•    Proven experience in people leadership, with an interest in supporting team and individual development
•    Ability to create clarity, structure, and strong team collaboration
•    Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
•    Experience working in cross-functional setups, e.g. in close collaboration with Sales
•    Fluency in English and Swedish
•    EU driving licence B
 
It is meritorious if you also have:
•    Experience in developing working methods and teams
•    Experience from industrial or production-related environments
•    Technical interest or ability to understand customer solutions

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our office in Nacka, Stockholm.
