Supply Chain Specialist - Master Data

Reliable data is the foundation for efficient supply chain flows, high customer satisfaction and smarter ways of working. We are now looking for a Supply Chain Specialist - Master Data to join our Supply Chain Planning team. The role is about ensuring that material data is accurate, structured and available when needed, enabling materials to be ready for ordering and supporting colleagues across the business. 

Your role

In this role, you will play an important part in keeping our supply chain moving. By making sure our master data is accurate, complete and available at the right time, you help create the foundation for efficient planning, smooth material flows and strong customer delivery. You will work closely with the business, collaborate with many different stakeholders and contribute to smarter, more reliable ways of working in SAP and support material availability in our distribution center.

With a mix of structure, curiosity and collaboration, you will:

• Create and maintain materials in SAP, helping ensure the right data is in place when the business needs it.
• Follow up on data quality, resolve errors and support material availability in our distribution center.
• Support engineering changes, reactivations, phase-outs, Last Time Buys and related analysis that help us make informed supply chain decisions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across supply chain planning, plants, sourcing, logistics, production, marketing, trade and spare parts.
• Ask the right questions, follow up and help create structure when information is missing, priorities change or ownership needs to be clarified.

The role reports to Manager Supply Chain Planning S&OE.

To succeed, you will need

We are looking for someone who understands the value of accurate, reliable data and see how supply chain flows come together. You have experience and/or education within master data and data management in the area of supply chain, logistics, sourcing, planning, and information management. Just as important, however, is your willingness to learn, ask questions and grow into the role.

Creating structure and accuracy comes natural for you, you thrive in details, solving problems and understanding how details connect to the bigger picture. You like collaborating with others, communicate in a clear and helpful way and are comfortable following up when information is missing or priorities shift. With your positive attitude and ownership mindset, you help move things forward together with the team.

Job location

The role is based at our office in Sickla, Stockholm, with a hybrid work model combining collaboration at the office with flexibility.
