Your role
As a Talent & Learning Professional within our team you will play a strategic role in shaping and delivering impactful talent and learning initiatives across the Group. You will report to the Group VP Talent & Learning and collaborate closely with senior leaders, HR and L&D colleagues as well as external partners.
You will lead the planning and continuous improvement of Group Talent and Learning processes, initiatives and programs. Your work will directly influence the development of our employees, ensuring an inclusive and purpose-driven employee experience.
You will be located in our office in Group Center in Stockholm, Sweden.
Key Responsibilities

- Learning and Development: Own learning programs and channels supporting employee development across the Group, using needs analysis and evaluation to drive impact.
- Leadership Development and Program Leadership: Design, deliver, and evaluate leadership programs for senior leaders globally in partnership with external providers.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key external partners, including relationships, performance, and contractual agreements.
- Communications & Enablement: Promote learning programs through engaging communications across digital channels.
- Learning Management System: Optimise the LMS to promote programs and manage learning operations, ensuring strong user experience and reporting.
- End-to-End Ownership & Administration: Own end-to-end delivery of key initiatives, from planning and governance through execution, tracking, and continuous improvement, ensuring strong operational discipline and measurable impact.
To succeed, you will need

- Proven experience in Talent, Learning, or Organizational Development, ideally in a global environment
- Strong track record designing and delivering leadership and learning programs
- Experience managing and optimizing an LMS
- Excellent stakeholder management and English communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
- Digitally confident across platforms and tools
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
- Passion for continuous learning
