We are looking for a Trade Compliance Lead to our Global Sourcing Team, who is passionate about international trade and want to work in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment. 

 

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our global supply chain complies with international trade laws and regulations. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the entire business to develop processes, manage compliance projects, and support strategic sourcing decisions.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:
•    Monitoring and interpreting global trade legislation and sanctions
•    Developing and implementing compliance processes, standards, and contracts
•    Maintaining trade compliance metrics and KPI:s
•    Ensuring master data accuracy
•    Acting as a key contact for trade compliance across the business
•    Leading trade compliance projects and supporting implementation
•    Advising on trade-related risks and opportunities in sourcing and product development

 

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings a high level of business acumen paired with a proactive and collaborative approach. The ideal individual thrives in cross-functional and global environments, confidently leading trade compliance initiatives and translating strategic plans into tangible, organization-wide actions.

 

Qualifications and experience:
•    Experience in Supply Chain or Sourcing
•    Solid knowledge working and experience in applying EU/US or other international customs and export control laws and regulations, familiar with HS, ECCN and sanction classifications.
•    Strong organizational and analytical skills
•    Experience managing projects and working with cross-functional teams
•    A genuine interest in global trade, macroeconomics, and supply chain strategy
•    A university degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in business, engineering, or law
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
•    Advanced experience with MS Office, specifically MS Excel.
