As Vice President Digital Sales, Marketing & Service, you will drive the digital transformation across the Atlas Copco Industrial Technique Business Area. Your mission is to keep us at the forefront of digital capabilities for sales, marketing, and service - ensuring outstanding customer experiences, operational efficiency, and growth.
This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the President of the Motor Vehicle Industry Division, part of the management teams for MVI and GI but work across the business area. You will be leading a global management team with an extended team exceeding 50 members.
Your vision will drive key targets such as customer satisfaction, cost optimization, and increased sales per salesperson, with ambitious goals!
You will lead a global team and collaborate across six divisions, managing a portfolio of platforms and initiatives that shape our digital future, including:
- CRM, Field Service, Customer Portal, E-commerce
- Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Marketing Automation
- Product Information Management, Web, CPQ (Configure Price Quote)
- Master Data Quality, AI solutions
- Driving adoption and benefits through our Change Management Program “Customer Center of the Future” (CCoF)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and develop a team of experts translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functional to manage platform development and safeguard user experience.
- Serve as a primary liaison for prioritized digital initiatives across the business area.
- Participate in governance for enabling platforms (ERP, MDM, Web).
- Drive new system implementation and related change management for new service system replacing SPIRIT, FSM and other relevant systems.
- Identify and drive new business development through synergies between service and equipment business, working beyond current thinking to keep us ahead of the curve.
To succeed, you will need
- Proven leadership in fast-changing environments, ideally in industrial sales and digital transformation.
- Strong background in sales and marketing, with experience of challenging the status quo.
- Deep knowledge of CRM, e-commerce, digital marketing; experience with AI implementations is a plus.
- Solid change management expertise and outstanding analytical skills.
- Demonstrated business judgment, decision-making, and ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- Solid leadership experience from the Industrial Technique business
- Ability to travel frequently and fluent English required.
