Short Description
This role is pivotal in advancing our company's service program by consistently delivering superior customer service to all VTS clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for service-related communications, ensuring customer expectations are met with precision and timeliness. Your administrative expertise will enable seamless operation of service processes, fostering satisfaction and loyalty.
Your day-to-day
- Process SAP orders accurately and ensure timely billing and closure for the VTS service portfolio, including Service Plans, Fixed Price Services, Exchange Services, and Pool/Certified Equipment sales.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to confirm order completeness and readiness for execution.
- Maintain strong professional relationships through clear, prompt communication with stakeholders and service partners to facilitate smooth order execution.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency for management reporting, internal audits, and compliance controls.
- Monitor work-in-progress status, flagging and escalating any delays or issues in accordance with established procedures.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Supply Chain Management to guarantee timely availability of parts and materials essential for service delivery.
- Oversee subcontractor and supplier order administration, ensuring alignment with service standards and delivery schedules.
