Sales Account Manager

Your role
The mission of the Sales Account Manager is to deliver optimal solutions to diverse markets and customers, driving sustainable and healthy business growth. By maximizing customer satisfaction, the role focuses on building long-term relationships and continuously developing new business opportunities.
Your day-to-day

Plan, prioritize, and manage personal sales activities and customer/prospect contacts to achieve agreed business targets while maintaining high productivity and effective time management.

Analyze market conditions and provide timely, accurate market intelligence to management, including pricing trends, competitor activities, and potential business risk (“red flag”) issues within the region.

Prepare and present sales proposals for assigned products, including price calculations based on approved discount strategies and use of designated quotation tools.

Develop, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships at all levels, ensuring timely delivery and appropriate resolution of product quality or service-related issues.

Monitor sales activities and report relevant information by maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM system, including customer visit reports, sales opportunities, and quotation status.

Collaborate closely with the Finance department to improve receivables management and reduce overdue payments.

Coordinate with colleagues across divisions to align activities and maximize customer satisfaction and overall business outcomes.

Participate in sales meetings and ensure that all follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.

Support ad-hoc projects related to SV & IV, including new product introductions and marketing campaigns.

Regularly provide customer insights, feedback, and market information to support continuous business improvement.
Your skills and experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
-
3-5 years of experience in technical sales or B2B industrial equipment sales

Experience in vacuum pumps, industrial machinery, or semiconductor, display, battery, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries preferred

Strong solution-selling, customer relationship management, quotation preparation, and CRM skills

Native-level Korean and business-level English proficiency with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and strong professional ethics
