Job Title: Engineer_Technical Support

[Purpose of thie Job]
- Provide technical supports and service supports from locally, to KRC and JPP customers, distributors and inter organization.
- Customer satisfaction and sustainable profitable growth
[Duties&Responsibility]
1. Technical Supporting
- Support and manage distributors to solve the technical issue on time for direct and indirect sales equipment
- Implement failure investigation, communication with PTS Division to find fast solution for technical issues and close the issues
- Prepare Technical Report including warranty cases and Regular Technical Meeting with distributors in a weekly, monthly, biyearly basis.
- Regularly prepare and submit technical report on time for internal communication
2. Warranty Handling & Product Quality Improvement
- Report and follow up quality issue via WOL, MYQUEST and other Systems on time, follow up with local teams, divisions teams for fast solution and final conclusions
- Review distributor’s warranty cases on time via Warranty Online System (WOL)
- Follow up warranty cases with engine suppliers and other OEMs
- Service Bulletins local implement via both indirect service resources
- Translate Service Bulletins details into korean
- Monitor progress and upload master file
3. Field and Workshop Service
- Monitor distributors’s pre delivery inspection (PDI), Commissioning, trouble shooting, warranty service, non-warranty service, review the service reports on time for indirect sales equipment, when necessary, joint service with dealers or authorized third parts service
- Monitor Fleet Link system and Power Connect to ensure timely service when maintenance is required
- Other field and workshop service activities requested by management
4. Training
- Prepare and update Training Material and Training plan for customers(direct/indirect)
- Implement distributors service training based on Training Plan and evaluate distributors competency
- Specific distributors and customers trainings according to market status
- Internal training to other technical support, sales, administrators, etc.
5. Others
- Implement the relevant tasks assigned by management, Customers complains handling, distributors management, Marketing Campaign Projects, etc.
- Prepare and submit weekly & monthly basis report to PTS Team leader on time.

Qualifications
[Experience/Education]
- Over than 5 years’ experience in Service
- At least College Graduate (2~4 Years) with mechanic major
[Knowledge/Skill]
- Technical English Skill for spoken and written
- Good for Microsoft software (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
