Your day-to-day

  • Optimize storage of purchased materials to ensure efficient use of space and easy access.
  • Coordinate transportation and supply of components to production lines to maintain smooth and uninterrupted operations.
  • Ensure accurate shipment of finished goods to customers, meeting delivery schedules and quality standards.
  • Plan for future warehouse capacity requirements to accommodate growth and changes in demand.

Your skills and experience

    • Education level

    -     High school diploma or equivalent required

    • Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience)
    • Experience in warehouse operations, particularly in product packaging and material handling.
    • Previous roles in inventory management or stock control, with a focus on packaging materials.
    • Knowledge of safety procedures and quality control standards within a warehouse setting.
    • Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities)
    • Understanding of warehouse processes, including product packaging, inventory management, and shipment preparation.
    • Knowledge of different types of packaging materials and their proper usage to ensure product safety and quality.
    • Awareness of warehouse safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Knowledge of quality assurance processes to inspect and ensure packaged products meet company and customer standards.
    • Familiarity with stock management, including tracking packaging materials and product inventory levels.
    • Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements)
    • Basic understanding of spoken and written English (not required)
