Your role
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Engineer within the Industrial Technique division, you will play a pivotal role in driving market growth and customer satisfaction across your assigned territory. Your main tasks will include conducting comprehensive SWOT analyses to understand market dynamics, competition, and customer needs, enabling strategic planning and targeted sales efforts.
- Proactively explore the market to identify and engage new customers and uncover lucrative sales opportunities.
- Design and execute a variety of sales activities such as product demonstrations, seminars, workshops, line audits, and solution presentations tailored to customer requirements.
- Collaborate closely with customer project teams to gather detailed requirements, analyze complex applications, and deliver innovative solutions that add significant value.
- Work alongside marketing teams to support impactful market activities and perform continuous analysis to refine strategies.
- Partner with service and project departments to ensure seamless delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with finance teams to optimize receivables management and minimize overdue payments, thereby contributing to the financial health of the business.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, distributors, and key business partners (MTBs) to secure loyalty and drive business expansion.
- Support distributor selection, development, and management to enhance market penetration and coverage where applicable.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and comprehensive reporting within the C4C system, maintaining transparency and up-to-date information for all stakeholders.
- Commit to continuous personal and professional growth by enhancing required competencies, embracing constructive feedback, and modeling the behavioral standards expected within Atlas Copco.
- Lead key account sales management and organize marketing promotions to elevate brand visibility and drive sustainable revenue growth.

To succeed, you will need
- Engineering degree or equivalent higher education with a solid technical foundation.
- A minimum of three years' proven experience in sales within the industrial or machinery sector.
- Demonstrated success in selling premium brands, evidencing your ability to handle discerning customers and complex solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical engineering concepts relevant to the products and solutions.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in PC use and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to produce detailed reports and presentations.
- Strong command of written English, with conversational skills considered an asset to enable smooth communication in a global business environment.

Job location
This position is fully remote and allows you the flexibility to work from any location within the Suzhou region, while maintaining close association with our customer center based in China. You will benefit from digital collaboration tools that facilitate seamless communication and support regardless of your physical location.
