Your role
As a Finance & Admin, your mission is supporting Business Controller and integration manager to manage VT Australia company’s finance book, do finance reporting and analysis of business result and implement business control of the region. You will report to Business Controller
You will
- Assistant the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations on monthly basis.
- Preparation and analysis of monthly reports for local management.
- Provide AR Aging analysis and follow up customer over dues.
- Office Admin for contract management and ad hoc admin task.
- Make sure supplier invoice process and pay on time.
- Process bank payment.
- Ensure accurate reporting by developing and utilizing analytical tools to identify and follow up anomalies.
- Ensure full compliance with all legal and corporate regulations.
- Support any periodic / special tax audits or queries.
- Communication with banks, lawyers, government, auditors, etc.
- Coordination of financial audits, transfer price audits, internal and external audit.
- Support of Assistance Business Controller and Business Controller in all financial topics in the region.
- Support the closure of AVT Company.
- Continuous improvements for all finance related processes.
- Other task assigned by manager.

Knowledge & Skills
- Degree in Accounting and/or preferably a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA)
- Knowledge of local GAAP, Tax, IFRS and other local regulations is advantage.
- Good accounting skills and analytical ability.
- Experience in full set of accounting is preferable.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications, SAP/Power BI Knowledge is advantage.

Experience
- At least 1 years experiences in accounting especially AR,AP,GL, reporting and Taxation.
- Intership/Fresh graduates with good qualification and willing to learn also wellcome.
