ME1D-Field Sales Engineer - Capital Equipment, level I, Domestic/Sub-Regional/Regional

Your role
As a Field Sales Engineer - Capital Equipment, your mission is to drive the growth and success of our industrial vacuum products by developing and implementing strategic business plans. You will report to the Business Line Manager, Industrial Vacuum.
You will
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to build and reinforce target market share and profitability.
- Pursue sales leads, promote products, and conclude orders with professionalism.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and support distributor business growth.
- Liaise with internal colleagues to coordinate activities in executing sales orders.
- Provide feedback and reports as required by the Business Line Manager on all sales-related activities and market information.
- Support and develop distributor business, manage and grow indirect business.
- Assist in promoting service and products of other equipment divisions when possible.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments as per the Business Line Manager’s instructions.

You have 3-5 years of experience, working as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
- Computer literacy and strong command of English (non-negotiable).
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (non-negotiable).
- Skills in presentation, business writing, negotiation, socializing, and selling (preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills (preferred).High initiative in problem-solving within sales and marketing.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong drive to sell.
