Sales & Marketing Manager - CP

Your role

We’re seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the growth of Chicago Pneumatic portable air products across Oceania. You’ll be responsible for expanding market share, building a strong dealer network, and executing strategic marketing plans to position CP as a top player in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow market share and explore new applications
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans
• Build and manage distributor relationships
• Oversee inventory and CRM accuracy
• Lead promotional activities and ensure brand alignment
• Provide regular sales and marketing reports
• Support training and development for distributor teams

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proven sales and distributor management success
• Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills
