To succeed, you will need

  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or customer-centric sales support roles demonstrating success in building pipeline and progressing sales opportunities.

  • A collaborative and positive mindset, committed to teamwork and continuous personal and professional development.
  • Educational qualifications in business, sales, or marketing are advantageous but not mandatory as we value relevant experience and enthusiasm.

We welcome applications from individuals who may not meet every criterion, as we value diverse experiences and the unique perspectives you bring to our team.

In return, we offer

  • Permanent employment opportunity within a globally recognized, values-driven company with a strong reputation for innovation and integrity.
  • Competitive remuneration package complemented by an annual performance-based bonus to reward your contributions and achievements.
  • Unique employee benefits including a paid day off to celebrate your birthday, designed to recognize and appreciate our team members.
  • Comprehensive opportunities for continuous learning, professional development, and career advancement within the extensive Atlas Copco Group.
  • Supportive leadership and a collaborative team-oriented culture encouraging open communication and mutual growth.
  • Commitment to your health, safety, and wellbeing through proactive workplace initiatives and resources.
  • An inclusive, respectful workplace where diversity is embraced, fostering a sense of belonging and valuing varying perspectives.
