Workshop technician HU
Your role
- Independently execute daily service work in workshop, such as programming and startup of assembly equipment controllers, tools & systems & components repairing, regular maintenance & troubleshooting
- According to customer needs, received orders and in line with internal standards & processes provide high quality service in agreed schedule and high quality
- Maintain professional relationship with customers
- Actively daily cooperate and timely communicate with Sales teams and Project teams to ensure proper information flow and maximizing customer satisfaction
- Timely and completely plan and report all own activities and data in line with internal standards via dedicated CRM system
- Share know-how with other team members and support other technicians when required
- Keep high level of utilization and efficiency of own work
- Prepare calculations of jobs required by customers, tracking of service orders and follow up
- Immediately report to reporting manager and sales team any quality issues or any other issues noticed that might have impact on business
To succeed, you will need
- Education: min. secondary school + graduation, technical education necessary
- Languages: Slovak, level: fluent + English, level: min. intermediate
- Certificate to work with electrical devices in line with local legislation is necessary
- PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience (experience in industrial production, maintenance or repair preferred)
- Independent, self managed, success-motivated person with can-do approach
- Technical thinking and drive to learn and develop
