Product Company Hungary (Szigetszentmiklós) is looking for new colleague in Call off (buyer) position, which secures that materials ordered according to actual demands are delivered on time, with the correct quantity and purchase price.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Ordering materials according to productios demand and MRP output
  • Managing, following up Purchase orders, managing Order Acknowledgement from the suppliers
  • Managing missing and urgent materials and involvment of responsible persons in time
  • Supporting daily job of the production planners
  • Organising and ordering imports by selecting the most suitable and cost effective shipment method
  • Following up imports from pick up to arrival and final booking in ERP system
  • Handling suppliers issues, requests
  • Monitoring Purchase orders, follow up confirmed delivery dates proactively
  • Setting, checking or initiate the changes of ERP system parameters
  • Entering/extracting data to/from the computer systems, run, analyse and evaluate reports

 

You will be the communicational channel between suppliers and internal departments ensuring the smooth material flow.

 

What is essential you to have?

  • high school or college degree
  • experience in administration
  • active, intermediate English and Hungarian knowledge both written and verbal
  • MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel
