Our company, Atlas Copco Group, is committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient procurement process We are now offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and dedicated Operational Buyer to join our team in our Product Company, Szigetszentmiklós, Hungary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order materials based on demand
• Manage purchase orders and supplier acknowledgements
• Handle urgent materials and inform responsible persons
• Support production planners
• Organize import transports and follow up on deliveries
• Handle supplier issues
• Monitor purchase orders and delivery dates
• Improve material/production flows
• Coordinate deliveries with other departments
• Manage ERP system parameters and data
• Observe Integrated Management System requirements

Requirements: 

The ideal candidate should has at least a high school graduation and experience in the administrative field. They must possess an active, intermediate level of Hungarian and English proficiency, both written and verbal, and practical PC knowledge, especially in MS Excel. Additionally, they should support modern technologies.

Personal characteristics include being data-driven, analytical, and precise. The candidate should be self-driven, process-minded, and have a systematic approach. Good prioritization, time management, and communication skills are essential. They should be open-minded, a team player, and able to collaborate and adapt effectively.
