About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Operations Manager to lead and develop our operations at our Product Company in Szigetszentmiklós. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a global organization committed to sustainability and innovation.

 


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a safe and inclusive working environment for all team members.
  • Lead operations using lean management principles to drive efficiency.
  • Develop departmental plans and manage production processes to meet demand.
  • Implement and maintain policies that enhance operational performance and safety.
  • Respond quickly to engineering and marketing changes affecting schedules and units.
  • Drive improvements in quality, lead times, efficiency, and team competence.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and manage deviation-based actions.
  • Coordinate projects that deliver 3% yearly improvements in routings.
  • Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System and allocate resources for its improvement.
