Why we need this position in our company?

The mission of an Digitalization & Process Engineer is to:
Proactively and continuously improve the Manufacturing Executioin System (MES) and tracebility system, procedures and standards to get improved workflow. The purpose of this position is to take the full responsibility for develop and improve information flows in order to meet factory KPI's and overall to improve internal, inbound and outbound logistics flow and performance management.

Your responsibilities:

• Cooperation with the factory’s Logistics, Production, Engineering to improve MES system
• Improvement of efficiency in the factory through online data collecting and analyses
• Making reports and analyses, decision support
• Implementation, monitoring and controlling of improvement actions
• Editing training materials, train users
• Support the participants of process to achieve tartgets
• Knowledge of the Integrated Management System and observe its requirement

To succeed, you will need

We are looking for a candidate with a university or college degree and at least three years of experience in production or logistics. The ideal applicant has an intermediate command of English and Hungarian, strong MS Office skills, and an advanced working knowledge of SQL, Python, and JavaScript.

Beyond technical expertise, the role requires strong personal and interpersonal capabilities. The successful candidate should be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and colleagues from various departments. An analytical mindset, attention to quality, and a structured way of thinking are essential. We value assertive communication and the ability to influence others when necessary.
